Terribly run location. This location has the new automated ordering kiosks, so I chose to use one. I followed the instructions, grabbed my number and drink cup, and went to sit down to wait for my order... And wait... And wait. I would never have gotten my order unless another customer came to my table and asked if I had ordered chicken nuggets. Apparently, they had placed my order on the front counter, and then left it there. Where it sat for 10 minutes.
My food was cold, and when I complained, the girl behind the counter said they were "short staffed", and that the other customers were managing to get their orders. Not sure what short staffed means - I saw at least 6 people behind the counter (not counting drive-thru or kitchen)
When I asked for a manager, a very young man (I have to assume shift manager) came out, and I was told that they really just don't bother with the kiosks - I was then given an insincere "I'm sorry", followed by sob story about how he's been up since 3 am, and they have so many trainees, and it's just too hard...
There's another location a little over a mile away (at Kyrene and Chandler) - I think I'll be going there from now on
