Disgusting customer service tonight. Went there tonight & the person taking the order didn't ring up half of our order. When we asked for the rest of it, the clerk condescendingly said "well you have to pay for it if you want it". Really, then ring it up then! Very disrespectful treatment. On top of that, we ordered hot fudge sundaes. When the lady handed them to us, they had hot fudge running all down the outside of the cup. How about try to train your employees to have respect for people, input the order properly, and present the order with at least some attempt at self respect and pride.

I love this place with all my heart. The staff is always friendly and the managers are always there to help when needed.

I go to this place a lot, always have had a good time. The staff is friendly and it is close by to my house.
