Great floor plan, about 10 months from start to finish. Love the area and great neighborhood. AV homes has been a pleasure to work with as the construction stayed within the time frame given. Been in the home for 10 months with no issues except very small bowing of garage trim which was replaced and painted.

I'm still in love with this builders floor plan!
