Right now they don't have a Doctor on staff, only a nurse practitioner and physician assistant. Their pretty good, but not best listeners. I like this office, but to far not to see a doctor.
The staff, well some are really nice but most are to arrogant.
So when I got to the pharmacy, surprise surprise my husbands perscriptions where there, but mine where no where to be found! So I called the Dr's back, and it took awhile to find out they sent mine to a different pharmacy. So I waited, sicker than a dog! When they finally came in, two of my scripts where not there, and the Dr's office was closed. The one I needed the most of course was one of the one's not there. My inhaler, I have bronchitis, so breathing right now is rather important to me only apparently.
The next day we had to back to this nightmare, because my daughters where also sick. Today we had a different MA with a much better attitude. She was very nice, and seemed to be listening. But again the problem with the practitioner listening is where this all begins. So basically they have the same things, and are suppose to get the same prescription we got, but now she decided to add one more, for my husband and me as well. So again I asked her, if she knew this time where to send them all? She said yes and even repeated to me where the goes. What do you think happened? Mine and one of my daughters was partially in the right place. My other daughter who like me, couldn't breathe, hers of course was not there! And yes the doctor's office was closed again. So the next day when I called, I got the front desk, and spoke to a Kyle, who was very nice and understanding. He looked up everything for me, and made sure I got what I needed. At that point I didn't want to talk to the Nurse Practitioner again!
I gave this place 2 stars, because there are some really good office help there. Even some of the MA's are really good and nice. The Physicians , actually really nice. Other than this, I will not be going back! Yes lesson learned, I should not have taken my daughters back. I don't want to change, because I hate looking for another doctor for a family, but I can't put my family through that again.
So if you go to or are planning to go to North Country Health Care in Holbrook, AZ, I would really think twice.
