Started to write a bad report about my 25 minute wait in line. Got knocked out of my review. However, I happened to see that several customers have reported this issue before. Staff has no clue on how answer complaints in an acceptable manner. Training is seriously lacking at this store! Poor, Poor Management! By the way, the attended stated without apologizing, " We ran out of Food"

Nice staff, but they usually close early and they NEVER have brown rice. Every time we've come we ask for some and it's always the same answer: "we always make it, but we just didn't make any today" Food portions are smaller than other restaurants and for some reason, food doesn't taste as good as other places
