Teriyaki chicken had a 12 minute wait. I wanted 2 other plates as well, that were not teriyaki chicken. I agreed to wait, I asked in the beginning if they could make all the food at the same time so our chow mein and other chicken wasn't sitting out, cooling off. We wanted it all to be fresh, not 1/3 of it. She agreed, I happened to look over my shoulder and noticed 2 plates and my kids combo sitting up there so I went back up and asked if they could please make them all fresh at the same time when the teriyaki chicken was done, she agreed. Teriyaki chicken was finally cooked, I went up, she pulled the same 3 meals that sat there for over 12 minutes and tried to finish getting them ready for us, I asked again for fresh ones, no dice. Never again at this location.
