Just had 2 plates of food delivered to our table. A man in a red button down (assumed to be a manager) delivered them. There was one cookie next to the meal on each plate. He looked at the plates and said, "I brought you one too many cookies." Then, he removed the cookie from my nine year old daughter's plate. Seriously? I gave her mine, so whatever, but what a dumb thing to do. Is it going to kill your bottom line to let the nine year old have the cookie you accidentally brought her? You can do better, Panera.

Stopped in for breakfast. Wanted the steel cut oatmeal with blueberries pictured above the register and they didn't have it. I got regular oatmeal and it was inedible, so had a bagel. Used to love Panera. So sad.
