*****UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW***** Along with this review I did send an email in to their customer service department. I spoke with Amanda in their actual billing department and not the 3rd party vendors that take payments. She was helpful and we were able to come to a resolution. The only reason it is not a 5 was due to the overall care/wait on our last visit. Thanks Amanda! The patient care for my 6 year old was sub par on our visit in February. He fell on the play ground and hit his head. he had swelling and vomiting and the school nurse asked us to pick him up. We decided to take him in to get looked at. We had an amazing experience in January for another issue and decided to make the drive to come back. But now that I'm dealing with the billing dept., if I could give 0 stars I would. I called to ask for a discount as I have been paying bill after bill from here since Jan. I was told I was outside of a 30 day window and no exceptions could be made. I spoke to a Stephanie and her "supervisor" Laura who said I had to pay or go to collections my choice. I have no issue with paying, you can check and see I have paid every bill I don't have any past outstanding balances and if you could've discounted it at 30 days why cant you discount it at 40 to help? You to humanize your process and not make it all about money. I have NO PROBLEM paying you, look at the history, I've paid every other claim the day I got my patient responsibility. So sad.

We had the BEST experience here yesterday with Dr. Cindy Bauer in immunology/allergy. For the first time I finally feel a huge relief with my little boy. Wonderful team! Outstanding care! She is worth more than 5 stars!
