When asked to see if she could find other cars of different colors and/or interiors she did her best to find what I was looking for. Her delivery of my vehicle was smooth and effortless. She reviewed all of the accessories, bells and whistles with me and made sure I understood how to operate everything. Gabe, her manager, was extremely helpful and, I believe he negotiated with me in good faith. Also, Anthony the finance representative was thorough, helpful, no hard sales pitch there either. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to give thorough full consideration to all of the warranty options. I would definitely refer family and friends to Denise, Anthony and Pinnacle Nissan.
