I bought a $20 Crossword ticket last Thursday. Their machine acted up and it didn't print out my winnings, and I know it's a winner too. I have waited almost a week just to claim my winnings from this store. Alex explained the whole situation, and is a nice guy, but I am upset I still didn't get my money due to "paperwork" things. I am trying my best to not hound on the employees, but this is ridiculous.
