Customer service wise I love QT. However, I chew tobacco, and if there's one thing I need when going into QT, is my chew. This particular location can't seem to keep it in stock. The flavor I chew isn't the most popular so keeping it stocked shouldn't be an issue. Well it is. They don't want to order enough for their customers, and don't care when they are out.
I've complained to about every employee, and even an assistant manager. The assistant told me "I don't do the ordering" and never bothered to remedy it. I was even told the other day that they're was two other QT's "one that way, and the other that way." Great so they want me to drive all over town searching for a can. And that's what it becomes, so if you're out, I'm gonna make you feel the pain.
The last time, the guy tells me they are out. I let me know I'm dissatisfied and leave. I come back two days later, and same guy tells me "oh last can!" Excuse me, two days ago you were completely out, and now it's the last can? Are you saying you were out, ordered one more roll, and then sold out again all in the days??? Even if that were true, the manager should be taking notice and ordering enough. They act like they don't have the space.
Nonetheless, I don't waste my time with this location anymore, and will only go to a QT, if there isn't any other choice. By the way, Circle K and Valero NEVER run out.
