Only been a customer for a month but everything is great. Access is easy, facility is clean and well taken care of.

The customer service that Lauren provided to me was superb. I have not had this kind of customer service interaction in a long time. One where my needs were truly met, and I had an authentic human interaction with someone who is a pure joy. Most of the time in our fast paced society we don't really expect anything outside of our social groups to really be stimulating to us or leave a lasting impression. But, this was a different customer service experience, and I can truly say that I feel like Miss Lauren is an asset to your company and definitely an amazing worker. She made me truly feel valued and she didn't just provide me the same old customer service experience, the one that was not memorable, but, also not devastating. Rather, she provided me with something that made me smile and truly want to place a great review from my heart! Thank you Miss Lauren for helping me out and really understanding my needs and taking the time to assist me.
