For as busy as this is, it is well cared for and clean. The lake is scenic and there are lots of fisherman here. It doesn't have the real camping experience though since the campsites are close together and there are so so many people. You have to have the fire in the barrel and I would echo what someone else said about the radios at night, that's a nuisance.
