Sav U Time Titles & Registrations

I paid for a service to have a title researched. I've waited 2 weeks, only to have an employee tell me that I should go to the DMV myself. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars. I learned that the DMV wasn't providing them with the info I needed, which is outside their control. The reason for 3 stars is that they were responsive and great with my other transactions (plus), but they should have called me to provide a status update on the issue I highlighted above (minus).
