Southern Palms Mobile Home Park

Very run down trailer park with management that does not care about its residents. Don't take my word for it, if you have any issue with anything that has gone wrong in the trailer park, try and talk with their maintenance man and see if he is able to talk to you without losing his temper and yelling at you and scaring your children. This trailer park is also 20 feet away from a railroad track that has massive trains coming by at all hours of the day, making it impossible to sleep a solid 8 hours without being woken up by a very noisy train that is right on the property line of this trailer park. There are far better mobile home parks to live at in Mesa, not to mention Mesa has numerous mobile home parks scattered throughout the city, this is certainly one to avoid.
