Nice office help. Decent prices. Limited number of climate controlled units. A few different sizes to choose from. Access by passcode early in the morning to about 9 pm at night, which is plenty of time unless you're trying to get it moved and avoid the az summer heat.

I have stored my items at this facility twice both times for over one & half years while out of state. Monthly, I would call in to pay rent-sometimes I'd have to leave a message-always got an immediate kind phone call back. Upon return, I was in my unit for over an hour going thru boxes. Staff would offer cold bottled water. Not sure what Mr. "John Doe's" comment was referring to. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions. My opinion is this: The manager & owner(two different people) are very nice. I've heard the manager & staff be exceptionally gracious to other customers as well. The staff are clones of the manger-nice. The facilty is very clean-prices are resonable. Location is great. I am not paid to write this. I unfortunately need to store my items again. I was looking their number up & couldn't help but read Mr. John Doe's comment. If the post was legit why not post your real name? Just saying.....
