Southwest Smile Center

Staff was friendly and helpful. Got me right in. I was not impressed with the facility. Grimy comes to mind. Got xrays. Tech kept touching things and leaving the room without changing gloves! I finished the appt and asked if I had signed a release in case I needed the xrays and was assured I had. Found a new dentist. SSC said I only signed a release for the referrals they gave me not for any other facility. So I signed a new one and while checking on what was delaying the transfer of my xrays they hung up on the office person! I had to call and make nice and they ent them. ???
