Sprouts Farmers Market

4/2017: I like Sprouts. Great fruits and veggies. Prices are usually very competitive. Service is usually good. Easy to find your way around. However, avoid Wednesdays. It is double ad day and the place tends to be a zoo. Not worth the relatively small savings for me. 4/2018: I really do like Sprouts. Great produce. Spices sold by the ounce. Great staff. Love it !!

This is regarding the Surprise store. Very, very poor customer service in the meat/seafood department. I was in there this morning, one of the items I sought was shrimp on sale. There were 2 employees "in the back" (behind the glass). I pushed the button for help 3x with no results. Then I waved my hands in the air trying to get the attention of one employee working facing me...of course he was wearing a cap with a brim & head angled in such a way he couldn't possible see me! Then I shouted out, "Hello! Anyone home?" He couldn't ignore that & came out. I told him his service button doesn't work, he acted like a simpleton & said he can't hear! I ordered 10# of the shrimp. He said there was a 4# limit. I said I was sure the flyer said 10#. Another guy came out from the back & man #1 asked him about the limit. Man#2 really didn't answer. I said we need to find the flyer & he immediately said yes it was 10# limit. He wasn't going to say anything hoping I'd shut up and go away! The other complaint I have is they try to fool us with the sale items. Example: on sale boneless chuck roast....I found the sign but in the bin they had tri tip roasts mostly fat. Do they think we're all so stupid we don't know the difference??
