I called the store and got "Josefina" on the line.
I asked her to please look for a certain dress in a size small.
I had found the dress at an other Stein Mart, but in a large,
fell in love with it and bought it. That meant that I had to take
it to my seamstress to be altered at an additional charge to
my purchase.
Well, to make a long story short..............."Josefina" went to
look for the dress throughout the store and.............
came up with the same dress in a small size.
I really, really had not expected this great effort and service,
comparing it to others where I had the feeling that the sales
person not really tried, or I lost the telephone connection
altogether.
Again.............my THANKS to"Josefina" and also to the
lady that checked me out and asked about my experience.
