For a cheap motel, its about what you would expect. Slightly cleaner and quieter than than some others, which is why they have a higher rate than other places. Management is known to harass guests that abide by the rules, a word of advice if they decide to single you out (they target Hispanic people mainly) hold your ground in maintaining that you are following the rules, and if they threaten to call the police, don't back down, tell them "yes, that's a very good idea, I would like an officer to witness how you are discriminating against me and not allowing me to enjoy the same courtesies as other guests, even though I've done nothing to provoke such behavior. In fact, ill call them myself! And the jerks at the front desk WILL back off, because they are aware that their behavior is unlawful. However, often time guests are bullied into leaving without a refund shortly after paying, because the threat of calling law enforcement is something that many don't want to risk. Management then gets to re-rent the room, and make TWICE as much as they would otherwise. Its a common tactic among the scumbag that run these types of places, and they become highly skilled at it, as well. Just know that when push comes to shove, they know that law enforcement would laugh in their faces if they actually did call (which they won't, I know from experience).
