How would you feel in a maze hitting wall after wall, with NO EXIT ??? That is exactly how this office of AT&T works. They send you here, there, so you call... and... you continuously go around in circles, getting NOWHERE. I realize I'm a " cell phone newbie ". I've only had cell phones since 1985, and maintained 7 at one time. As a former retail manager, I boosted volumes 260 - 293 %, made number one manager 6 months in a row. NEVER, EVER, giving any customer the type of service I've received here.
