I've been a customer here for years since Lawrence was the Store Manager. I've seen employees come and go, and change in management. One thing is always consistent, they are beyond fluent in their products and provide amazing customer service. I'm really an impatient and hard customer to deal with, I've only shown that side once or twice because of what Corporate did. Sometimes the waits are long and depending on the time of day you may see 1 or 2 Reps, 1 possibly being the manager, and the rest are out to lunch, scheduled for a later time in the day, or may be on break. When they're in full force, there's about 5-6 Reps in there selling and solving, and if you know anything about repair or programming a cell phone, it's not an expedient fix. The wait times are worth the service and that's why I keep coming back. I don't continue going or giving my money or time to a store I would dislike. My favorite part, whatever I need, they can provide and there are times they've saved me from having to go to the Device Support Center in the Tempe Marketplace. If you just need a charger or accessory and you really can't wait, go to Radio Shack, Target, or Amazon.
