I went in to T-Mobile with my dinasour phone, because it has been acting up. Roxy informed me that I was due for an upgrade on my phone, and she helped me pick the best one! After choosing my phone, I was very afraid of holding it, she helped me find a durable and cute case that I LOVE! She also recommended some really cool Bluetooth devices & headphones! I went in with a phone that barley worked, and came out with all kinds of new gadgets I love! She was very patient, and kind the entire time! Thanks Roxy!

The people are incompetent in selling and try to be helpful but literally everything I've asked them over my 4 months of service has been falsely answered ,if there was another store in town of say go to the other store but there isn't. Don't get t mobile from this store, they don't even know their own company. UPDATE..I gave it a year, I'm still having major issues, just go with Verizon you'll end up saving $5 a month compared to T-Mobile.I'm now at $50 a month per line and they keep telling me that canceling the free lines this store told me where free would raise my bill but I don't see how canceling them would raise my bill above $50 a line when my original price was $28 a line.overall the company should be sued for falsifying information and flat-out lying about the price.UPDATE.. I reported them to the FCC for overcharging and the misrepresentation of information and pricing, my bill not only sits $11 above what it originally was supposed to be. Overall I recommend staying away from the company because it took so much effort just to get my bill back to what it was supposed to originally be, but with enough work I guess it is possible to deal with them. By the way it's been a just a little bit over a year now since I started service with them.UPDATE.. as of this morning my balance due jumped from $0 to $285,I'll update again when I know why. Update.. it's been about 24 hours since my last update, after speaking with the customer service manager for Arizona yesterday, this morning I was contacted by a member of their higher offices who fixed my fee unrecorded my history with T-Mobile. They were also kind enough to give me a refund for this month so that the bill instead of being 177 after taxes would now be around $95. It's taking some time but I believe that the issue might be finally fixed. Only time will tell but if anyone else is ever having reoccurring problems like this they should definitely contact the 611 customer service and ask to speak to the manager who is much more likely to help you fix this issue or get in touch with someone who can, misinformation is a very big deal to this company and they take it very seriously when alerted correctly.
