Simply, they have no idea what they are doing. Months ago, I asked them to transfer the account holder in my plan...it ended it up cancelling my original account that cost me more than 250 dollars to put the plan back together. In the meanwhile, they were showing you the "I can do nothing" face. No one in the store seems to care or show any respect to their customers.
The only good thing again is that AT&T kept their garbages working in stores instead of harming the human race outside.
