If I could I would give it no stars, I would. I wanted to get 2 iPhone 8's with the black Friday deals ( which are now Thur, Fri, Sat) because I recently paid off my lines. I went on Wed and verified everything was good to go. I stood in line for 3 hrs and was told I wasn't able to, with no explanation. I was given an appointment on Fri at 7pm. This is my 3rd trip! I get there at 630 and was told that if I didn't get a confirmation txt I wouldn't be seen. Horrible customer service with no communication. I understand the black Friday madness but I did all I was supposed to do beforehand. Spoke to the manager and I'm still waiting for a phone call back. Not holding my breathe.
