Actually only came in for the Starbucks as the one I typically go to is under renovation. Barista was in a bad mood as her co-worker hadn't shown up and that also made it a longer wait for my drinks. I understand that issues arise, but as a person who used to work customer service, you should always deliver with a smile if it's not the customer who's pissing you off!
