Five stars to taller John (there are two Johns on the waitstaff) - who was helpful on everything from order choices to where my husband and I could karaoke later for our 15th anniversary! Our dining foursome was older in years (and one was honoring one more year - to 67), so we were looking for a place we could hear each other talk. It was wonderful to reconnect with old friends over pasta and sitting on the lovely patio. To be honest, I don't remember our orders, except we liked the pastas better than the meats. I remember not being rushed, and I remember my friends. I think my husband and I each had drinks, but only one, because we were planning for karaoke afterwards. I'm so grateful to tall John and Tavolino for being a lovely place to reconnect, linger over our food, and let us enjoy each other. Thank you! Very nice place! And our friends only come in from Connecticut once a year (probably as often as we come down from Phoenix), but would do it again.
