There was a line but they got me in and out in 5.mins really nice people they explained everything i need to know thank u keep up the great work

From 1/2/ to 1 hour hold time . They ask questions that you don’t need. They do give answers you don’t need. I needed to find how to send info on how to send a package to Whitehorse Yukon Canada. This why folk ship UPS because usps is not trying to help you,

Worst post office experience ever... Went to pick up a certified letter. Was asked to wait in a separate line and told that the supervisor would be able to help us. We waited for 35 minutes before anyone came to help us, even though the worker at the counter pressed the "buzzer" several times to prompt someone to come out to help. My tax dollars at work... :(
