Venus Nails

I called for an appointment early in the morning, (9:01AM), and was given an appointment for 3:00PM. When I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, there was no record. However, they could accomodate me in "15 or 20 minutes". A chair opened up in 20 minutes, but the water was very, very hot. It was just too hot to put my feet in. So, I sat patiently while the water cooled. Finally the pedicurist arrived, and quickly started trimming my toenails. She seemed to be distracted and very much in a hurry. She was done with the pedicure and foot/leg message in 23, (twenty-three), minutes. The nails on both big toes are still ingrown, and I had to finish smoothing the raggedy edges after I got home. Very disappointed and disgusted with the pedicure and this salon. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
