I am unsure of the representative's name but he is ~6ft, obese, balding with some light brown hair. He seemed reticent to even facilitate business. Perhaps his name is Bill?
My elderly mother asked him a question to which he responded with a sarcastic, "Yeeaahh". I wanted to confront him then, but I did not want to abrade my mother's sensibility.
She returned the next day and said when the clerk(a different one) realized there would be no sale, his disposition radically changed.
