I recently broke in my phone. Unfortunately, I do not have an upgrade available. However, my son had an old iPhone which I was able to use to switch over. I went into the Verizon store and work with Troy. He was fantastic! Talk about a frustrating experience where Troy made it so much more easier and satisfactory. I cannot begin to recommend this store and it’s manager because they are truly excellent customer service orientated people. Great job!
