We started coming to this location because Nicholas transferred over from another Flagstaff store. He’s been our trusted Verizon rep for years and he knows his stuff. He remembers our names, knows our family, and makes the atmosphere in the store feel more like mom and pop than corporate machine.

Over the weekend, my phone just stopped working. Came in and got seen right away by Jake. He was amazing! He gave me multiple options on how to replace my phone and was friendly/helpful the entire time. When the new phone came in, he helped me again with setting it up and getting it activated. I recommend this store and specifically Jake to anyone who needs help.
