Very clever scam operation here. We went in to buy one phone and they sold us a second phone for a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. They didn't happen to mention the fact that unlimited data was required for the free phone so we didn't actually qualify for the free phone. They also didn't write it down on the worksheet. So we purchased two phones and it took us two billing cycles to figure it out because of the false information they gave us. Now, of course, they don't remember us. Etc., etc., etc. GO TO A VERIZON STORE, NOT HERE!!
