Wax On Wax Off Body Waxing

Absolute WORST wax I've ever had in almost 2 decades. She BURNED me down there so bad it blistered and left a wound. I had to go to the doctor 4 days after because I was so scared!! Not only that, but I should have run away when I called asking for help finding her as I circled the lot behind Bashas' and Lori was very nasty on the phone ("Hello, is this S? If you're not here in 5 minutes I have to reschedule cause you're late" Me: "Oh hi, I'm actually circling the lot right now, can you help me?" "Lori: "It's in my email."). Immediate rude response instead of asking how she could help me find her. And then she brought it up again at the end of the painful appointment! Talk about RUINING my entire New Year's eve weekend!!!! I'll likely be contacting the state board as well. Ladies, please be aware there are way better options out there!!!!!!!
