Best repairman experience I've had, hands down! He's prompt, polite, fair, and cute, lol. You can't ask for anything more. He let me know he was on his way and showed up exactly on time. He parted out my old machine to fix my new [used] one and I was on my way to drying clothes in less than an hour and for less than $150.
