My husband had an appointment on Dec 13, 2017. After 6 phone calls to retrieve his results from the end of December- Feb 5th, 2018 we still do not have information from his lab results.
Up until Feb 5th everyone was very apologetic, and assured us we would receive a call back from a medical assistant. On Feb 5th we reached a condescending individual named Amanda. She spoke over top of me and blamed my husband for not making a follow up appointment with the doctor to go over his results ( why was this not pointed out in the first 5 phone calls?) She told me there was not a case open and no record that we called 5 times prior.
Seeking fertility treatment is an emotionally draining thing to have to deal with, on top of horrible customer service and lack of information. I would not recommend this facility or Dr. Larson to my worst enemy for fertility treatment, or any type of treatment where your results are important to you.
