I walked in the store and immediately was greeted by a woman with a big smile and she wanted to know if she could help me find what I was looking for. I felt like I had my own personal concierge! In no time, I picked up everything on my list and on my way to my next errand! Yeah for great customer service!

The kitchen remodel from hell. Unskilled subcontracting and sub par project management at the store level have turned my eight week kitchen remodel into a nine month long nightmare which has yet to be completed. The management team at the store has poor customer service skills and have left me with zero response to communication for weeks at a time. Do your homework. Lowe's requires that you pay in full prior to the work starting and I was not refunded money for project items that were not provided or installed.
