Eye Care Professionals

After many years of good service at Eye Care Professionals - I just experienced an awful unprofessional experience with this office. On Dec, 2 , I left my frames with a new script and they were sent to the lab. A month later in early January I was called and told to come in and pick out new glasses (which I paid for) because the lab "lost" my frames!! I did so and ten days later I picked up the new glasses. Then in early March I was called and told that my original glasses were "miraculously" found and I could pick them up (unrepaired)!! I did so and was told they had to talk to Shanna the office manager about any compensation. Duh - end of story - so I went elsewhere to get a new pair of glasses at my expense. I have decided "the hand does not know what the foot is doing" at Eye Care Unprofessionals!!
