I've been overcharged 3 different times but kept giving them another try because I thought maybe there was a language barrier. This was the last time. I came in wanting a dip fill and a pedicure. I had only tried the dip 2 other times and I had tips on. My nails were wrapped in foil and a solution and the nails dissolved. I get that it was a mistake and no one ever said to tell the next nail tech I had tips on when I went to get a fill. They agreed to put on a new set for me and just charge me for the fill. Because it was close to closing time the guy did a rush job on my nails and when I went to check out the price didn't seem right and I asked what I was being charged for. I just paid and left because I had already been there a long time. When I got home I noticed my nails were super think, there were bubbles in my polish and the clear coat was missing on a few ends of my nails. I went in the next morning to get them fixed and I received no apology only that if I get my nails thinner and they break I'd have to pay. I stated we wouldn't be in this situation if my nails were not dissolved the night before and he asked why are you blaming her? (meaning the woman who wrapped my nails for too long). I explained that this is taking up a lot of my time to have to get another set put back on and then the job not done right and I have to come back to get it fixed. I have never in 18 years of getting my nails done ever had to go back to get them fixed because of a poorly done job. On top of that I was charged for the full set and received no apology that I had to come back.
