Sotopped by to turn in my old Cable Modem that belongs to COX. No waiting line and I received a manually written receipt without any information about my account and the person only wrote down the serial number of the modem. I made a copy and saved it in the cloud for future references. It would be great if they had access to COX system to get a more detailed receipt that give the customer a little bit more certainty of the transaction. Thank you.
