I called what seemed like 100 different OBGYN clinics to see if my mom could be seen today and this was the only clinic who was willing to see her. My mother was so impressed with Yvonne Lamos and her concern for my mother's health. Luckily, we found someone who cared enough to look into my mothers case and point us in the right direction. Thanks yvonne!

I had appointment in this center several times, they are not on time, e.g my appointment was at 8:00am the Dr. visit me at 9:00am, but if you arrive 5 minutes late, they don’t accept it....

Maria Barnwell, horrible PA. She needs to find another profession because an excellent or even good provider is something she has no concept of. Her customer service skills are the worst. I came here last year for a physical for both of my daughters we were here for almost 3 hours, if not more and no not in the waiting room, but in the patient room and when I went to see what was wrong she was just in the Dr. room just talking and carrying on. At this point we were just waiting to be released. Today's experience, I go in she asks questions I answer and she rolls eyes stops me in my tracks to tell me my thoughts are wrong. I don't have a problem being wrong, it's her demeanor and her cold responses. I have a 5 year old, she's making 5 year old noises, she was probably singing, she has the nerves to tell my daughter to be quiet. No, ma'am, not okay. She finishes and lets me know the M.A will be in to discharge me, I say okay. I went out of the pt room to ask a question, I ask if the Dr was with a pt, she says no, she's in the Dr.'s room. At this point I still did not receive my discharge paper work. The MA tells me to wait, she went to see the Dr. The Dr tells her I need to make ANOTHER appt!!! FOR WHAT?! I am not asking any mrw questions not pertaining to today's visit. Again she was NOT with a patient. I go to the door, not inside but to the door and ask why can't she answer my question about today's visit. Why do I need to make another appointment. She proceeds to tell me she has 15 mins per patient. (Granted the visit was faster this time), but that's a lie because I am never in and out of this office in less than an hour and thats sitting in the patient room. She tells me I'm being improper because I went to the Drs area (to the door) and she calls security on me to get escorted out as if I was causing a scene, being loud, disrespectful or looking at patient records. If they are so concern with HIPAA the door should be closed and locked and not open to be seen by patients PERIOD. I hate to have to write a review which is why I didn't write one the 1st time she was horrible, however I have NOT EVER been treated like this anywhere, let alone a healthcare agency where your concern as a patient should be their priority. Clearly the 1st time wasn't just a bad day. She just has a horrible cold personality and doesn't seem to care about her patients. If you can, AVOID her! Maria Barnwell doesn't give good experiences even once you are relieved you are still healthy, so I can only imagine the experience she gives to those that may not be so fortunate.
