The Doctors were good, but the staff is the absolute worst I have ever seen. They refused my insurance up front (bc/bs) even though they take it because my card looked different than what they had seen before. I had to make three different phone calls to BC/BS and conference them in, before they would acknowledge it was BC/BS even though my card clearly stated BC/BS. My wife missed her appointment due to the 45 minutes it took and my son barely made his. It was a wellness check up for school. He mentioned to the Doctor that he gets headaches sometimes. As a result they coded the visit not as a wellness checkup, but as a Sick Visit, so they could charge more. As a result, instead of it being a 10 dollar copay for me, I got stuck with the $200+ bill. Called them to see about coding it as it was suppose to be, but they were again rude and refused to make any changes. Please take my advice and drive the extra 20 minutes to Sierra Vista. You will not be treated well here and they will gouge you for anything they can.
