Arizona Foundation Solutions corrected a serious foundation issue for me. The corner of my house was sliding down hill. They came in and corrected the problem in two full days. The crew was great. They explained the process as they went along. The crew worked hard digging in some of the more difficult soil, mostly rock. When the crew finished they cleaned up the ground to the point you wouldn't have known they were even there. I feel relieved knowing I don't have to worry about this corner of the house moving - Ever! Great job Guys! Thanks for the support. Pun intended. Well, we were so glad to have found this company, Arizona Foundation Solutions. My wife and I knew there was a problem with the foundation, we had cracking in the floor that was getting bigger/wider. We called and a very thorough inspection using sophisticated electronic equipment was made which produced a very detailed topo map report of our home. This was reviewed by an engineer and expert contractors and they produced a repair plan for our unique situation. Jack McGuire, our account executive, explained the plan and scheduled the arrangements for the work crews. The work crews arrived and were very professional and knowledgeable. David Ortiz, our first crew chief, led his crew through four days of digging, installing steel piers, drilling, and pumping pressurized grout under our floors. When finished, our foundation was stabilized, and the floors brought back to normal. They also repaired the cracks with their "crack stitching" process using carbon fiber and epoxy. Next, Terry Henry arrived with his crew and installed the Radon Gas ventilation system to dry the heaving clay under our foundation. I am so glad to have met these men; Jack, David and Terry. They know what they're doing.
