Dillard's

Our 1st time in any Dillard's store. We were very impressed with the customer service of, Gary, assoc. #5532, in the men's formal dress clothing dept.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at Dillard's and I've been making my rounds on social media advising other's to take their business somewhere where customers of all races are treated equally. On 12/23 my husband and I were ignored by two salespeople in the men's shoes department who were rude and clearly prejudice. As soon as we walked away a white woman walked by and both salespeople proceeded to JUMP to help this woman. When I questioned them about why I was not helped when looking at the same product they claimed not to see me or my husband - a blatant lie. Rest assure, we took our business to Macy's where we were treated like valued customer and proceeded to purchase his work shoes there. Dillard's should be ashamed for employing salespeople who feel it's okay to ignore black customers. Disgusting!
