Extremely disappointed with this location!!! First of all why on earth do you have the option to schedule if you can’t stick to them?! Never had this issue with Discount tire!! My wife has been waiting outside for an hour to be picked up! An hour!!! When she called to see where her ride was 30 min. Later, YOUR staff was rude! Really?! Because she is in the wrong? If you can’t provide services, DON’T OFFER THEM!! Most definitely DO NOT get rude with your customers, because you can’t provide said services!!!! I have never been so completely dissatisfied or disappointed! We Will NEVER be back! Thanks for caring that she was standing outside for an hour! And NEVER showing up! (Do not go to the Alma school and Guadalupe location! I can’t speak for other locations, but I will assume this is how they run ALL of them! Just go to DISCOUNT!)
