Although the staff was very nice, unfortunately, after having bought a package of microneedling , I was unable to get into the facility to use them. I could only get in on a Saturday and they have very limited availability and had to even cancel one of my appointments. After trying to get in for over SIX plus months and being on a cancellation list, I decided to just throw them away! They told me there are no refunds and it wasn't even my scheduling issues! If you are limited on when you can get into this place, I would NOT recommend purchasing a package.
