Waited 1 1/2 passed the appointment time! Would not recommend!

Too bad u can't give them -10 points! First off, let me explain that I am not talking about the Hand and Wrist Specialists here. Those guys were amazing in every way! Same co but different offices and specalities. So the first time happened a few years ago. They tried to illicit and then threaten me with an excessively high co-pay when my ins plan was a co-pay free plan. Just recently, I was chased down the hall by the billing woman because their office wanted to defraud my ins co by claiming they were treating my other injuries also; however, the doctor simply asked me what and where else I was hurting. According his office, if the doctor asks you a question (like, "Does your finger hurt?") and you answer, "Yes" or "Yes and my hand and shoulder too," but he does not examine that part, he only "dictates" the conversation to his note taker, the insurance must pay for these (non-) treatment(s) they supposedly treated you for. This is them being greedy and knowingly and purposely committing a crime.
