Rude employees, bored staff, messy clearance section. I had an online order sitting at the store for over a week and no one could bother to call and let me know it was ready for pick up. According to the website the order was still 'processing'. I finally called the website to cancel the order (it was 14 days of processing) only to find it the package was sitting at the store. When I went to pick up the items,, I obviously interrupted a day of 'doing nothing'. Next time I will pay extra for home delivery and not bother with the store at all. This is a prime example of why stores are closing.

I have been in this location a few times. The most recent was a Sunday, late afternoon. I don't typically shop near closing time since working retail and hating the people who showed up as I was locking the door. I arrived 10 minutes til close, with the intent to purchase things for an upcoming trip -- no need to try anything on - I know my size in the LB world. When I entered the store, the staff promptly went to the back room, turned OFF the music . . . I, then, circled the store, realized I left my phone in the car with my husband and kids so I went to the car to get it and return so that I could discuss my purchase with hubby. . . I got 5 feet out the door, when I heard the locks. WOW, apparently they were timing me. . . I showed 5+ minutes to spare before closing. Oh well, I won't be back to this location.
