Bad experience with this company....Worst customer service.

I chose Red Carpet after extensive research into different companies. I had never shipped a car, especially not an increasingly rare 50 year old car. Felicia Bond was my contact and she was great! She kept in constant contact with me, arranged everything with the seller of the vehicle, chose a top ranked company to transport it (Hall Towing LLC), specified the cars placement on the trailer, and made sure that specific directions for pickup were followed. The price she gave me is the price I paid, which was a huge concern of mine. My car was picked up on time, delivered early,(even though the distance was well over 2000 miles) and the driver even took special precautions to remove a side mirror that was loose. I can't believe they even noticed it. The driver was amazing and kept me updated on my car also, and worked around my schedule with no problem. The experience exceeded my expectations.
