I am not sure if they are just getting set up but they seem to be behind on certain things compared to other facilities I visited. Here are some examples. 1. The "nurse" or whoever was measuring my vitals wrote the info. down a notebook like Colombo used to write on. 2. The lab work request/authorization form was a manual form to be taken to the outside lab. 3. Getting prescription refilled is not convenient. It takes a several calls to remind. 4. Still waiting on the request for statement of service for document to be submitted to Flex Acct. They just gave me a credit card receipt. This does not fly as support documentation 5. The doctor only focuses on usual basic stuff like cholesterol, blood pressure etc. He does not really focus on other aspects like. psychological or cognitive well-being. I know Dr. Luo is internal medicine Dr. but he should know something about it and make overall well-being. After internal medicine is the primary care.. I moved from Chicago and I love Arizona but I am so surprised that it's so behind considering the general population is older compared to other state. Maybe it just Queen Creek.
